Therapeutic Massage Strategies for Plantar Fasciitis- 1 CE hour

This course provides massage therapists with a knowledge base for plantar fasciitis symptoms and theory-based techniques for relief.

Participants will learn the basics of plantar fasciitis along with in-depth functional anatomy & biomechanics of the feet.

Complete with trigger point guides and stretching routines to take your treatments to the next level!

Learning Objectives:

  • Describe plantar fascia anatomy and biomechanics
  • Identify causes and risk factors of plantar fasciitis
  • Perform client assessments for plantar dysfunction
  • Develop treatment plans and home care strategies
  • Contraindications and Safety Considerations: Posterior Chain & AIS Protocols

Prerequisites: Basic Human Anatomy and Swedish Massage Training.
